The study explores the determinants which affect the prospective consumers purchase attitude towards buying an apartment in Bangladesh. The research further investigates the constructs influencing consumers purchase intention that do affect consumers buying attitude towards real estate sector. Consequently, a study of four determinants, namely, physical quality, project facilities, location and communication facilities are considered. Project facilities, physical quality, location communications and prices have significant relationship with buying attitude except for the environmental and promotional issues. Study on a particular geographic area of the Bangladeshi Real Estate market may be restrictive. This research main objective is to examine relationship among influential determinants and consumers’ buying attitude. A total of 150 people were chosen by using Non-probability Purposive sampling procedure. To collect primary data, the target respondents are given an interview schedule and a well- structured questionnaire. The questionnaire also includes closed-ended questions. Secondary information includes publications, journals, the internet. The data was analyzed and interpreted using SPPS 25. The results revealed that price is a lesser determinant of consumers’ buying attitude. The findings might help to market to different target markets and meet their needs more effectively, or they could be used by the developer or the real estate policy maker to divide their buyers into segments and meet their needs. Thus, the research results are useful to cultivate consumers’ purchasing attitudes.
