1. Language
Only English-language papers are accepted. Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise, and grammatically correct English. Authors may seek professional language editing if necessary before submission.
2. Page Format
- Manuscripts should be formatted as A4-sized Microsoft Word documents with 1-inch margins on all sides.
- Use a single-column format with Times New Roman font, size 12 for the main text.
- Line spacing: 1.5 for the main text; single spacing for tables and references.
- Tables and images should be placed in the manuscript in the order they appear in the text.
- The manuscript should not exceed 30 printed pages (including references and figures). Extra pages will incur additional fees.
3. Manuscript Title
The manuscript title should be a concise, descriptive sentence that reflects the study’s main focus.
4. Author Information
- Include full names, institutional affiliations, email addresses, and phone numbers of all authors.
- Clearly indicate the corresponding author with an asterisk (*) and provide their full contact details.
5. Abstract
- The abstract should be no more than 300 words and summarize the study’s objectives, methods, key findings, and conclusions.
- After the abstract, include a list of 3 to 7 keywords for indexing purposes.
- Define abbreviations and acronyms upon first use.
6. Manuscript Structure
6.1 Introduction
- Provide a brief background of the research problem.
- Clearly state the study’s objectives and significance.
- Avoid an extensive literature review.
6.2 Materials and Methods
- Clearly describe the experimental setup, study design, and methodologies used.
- Provide sufficient details for reproducibility.
- Cite previously established methods and mention modifications if applicable.
6.3 Results and Discussion
- Results should be presented clearly with appropriate tables, figures, and statistical analyses.
- The discussion should interpret findings in relation to existing literature, study limitations, and future research directions.
- Authors may choose to present Results and Discussion separately or in a combined section.
6.4 Conclusion
- Summarize the main findings and their implications.
- Avoid redundancy with the abstract.
6.5 Acknowledgments
- Recognize any grants, funding sources, or institutional support.
- Acknowledge contributors who did not meet the authorship criteria.
6.6 References
- References should follow APA style (7th edition).
- In-text citations should be formatted as follows:
- Single author: (Rahul, S., 2018)
- Multiple authors: (Rahul et al., 2018)
- List references in the order they appear in the manuscript.
- Provide complete citations, including author names, publication year, title, journal/book name, volume, and page numbers.
7. Figures and Tables
- Figures and tables should be numbered sequentially (e.g., Table 1, Figure 1).
- Provide descriptive captions below figures and above tables.
- Images should be high resolution (300 dpi minimum).
- All tables, figures, and equations must be cited in the text.
8. Ethical Considerations
- Authors must adhere to ethical research standards (e.g., human and animal studies require institutional approval).
- Plagiarism (including self-plagiarism) is strictly prohibited.
- Manuscripts should not be submitted to multiple journals simultaneously.
9. Publication Fees
- If a paper is accepted, authors must pay the applicable publication fee as per journal policy.
- Fee waivers may be available for authors from developing countries or based on merit.
10. Proofreading and Final Submission
- Before publication, proofs will be sent to the corresponding author.
- Authors must carefully review the proofs and submit corrections within the given deadline.
- After final approval, no further changes will be allowed.
11. Copyright and Licensing
- All published articles are Open Access under the CC-BY-NC license.
- Authors retain copyright but grant IKR Publishers the right to distribute and archive the work.
12. Submission Process
