PEER REVIEW PROCESS

IKR Publishers follows a double-blind peer review process to ensure fairness, objectivity, and high-quality research publication.

1. Initial Submission & Screening

  • Authors submit manuscripts via [submission portal/email at: submit.ikrpublishers@gmail.com].
  • The editorial team checks for formatting, plagiarism, and scope relevance.
  • Manuscripts that do not meet basic standards are rejected or sent for revision.

2. Assignment to Reviewers

  • Eligible manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review (neither authors nor reviewers know each other’s identity).
  • Two or more expert reviewers evaluate the manuscript’s originality, methodology, clarity, and significance.

3. Review Process & Recommendations

Reviewers assess manuscripts based on:

  • Relevance to the journal’s scope
  • Scientific accuracy & originality
  • Clarity & structure
  • Ethical compliance
  • Significance of findings

Reviewers provide one of the following recommendations:
Accept – No or minor revisions required
Revise & Resubmit – Major or minor revisions needed
Reject – Manuscript does not meet publication standards

4. Author Revisions

  • Authors receive reviewer comments and must submit a revised manuscript within the given deadline.
  • A detailed response letter addressing reviewer comments is required.

5. Final Decision

  • The editorial board reviews the revised manuscript and makes the final publication decision.
  • If further revisions are needed, the manuscript may go through another review round.

6. Proofreading & Publication

  • Accepted manuscripts go through proofreading and formatting.
  • Authors receive final proofs for approval before publication.
  • The article is then published as Open Access under a CC-BY-NC license.

7. Ethical Considerations

  • Confidentiality: Reviewers and editors must keep all manuscript details confidential.
  • No conflicts of interest: Reviewers must disclose any potential bias.
  • Plagiarism & misconduct: Manuscripts found with ethical issues may be rejected or retracted.
