IKR Journal of Food Technology and Environmental Sciences (IKRJFTES) is a bimonthly, online, open-access, and peer-reviewed journal published by IKR Publishers since 2026. It provides a platform for researchers, academics, and practitioners to share innovative research and critical insights in food technology, food science, environmental sciences, and related interdisciplinary fields.
